Summary: The floor had a layer of something very slippery. I was very worried I would slip and fall. It was like skating on ice. I went to the front desk and told them the situation . She left and came back with a mop and some floor cleaner. Then told me once I was finish cleaning bring the mop and cleaned back.I stay in hotels often and this is the first time this has ever happened.

Summary: We arrived late and the check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the hotel bed and bathroom was very dirty. The bed had dirty sheets and blanket (looked like food crumbs and smears). Hotel staff said they had no blankets and gave me a set of sheets I could change the bed myself. I jad to clean the shower before use and the toilet had yellow stains.

Summary: This is an older hotel that is showing signs of wear and tear as most older hotels do, but this place was clean and fresh smelling the moment you walk in. The lady (I failed to get her name) who checked me in was so polite and friendly. The room was also super clean and the a/c was nice and cold and quiet for a hotel unit. The bed was more on the firm side which was okay with good pillow selections. The walking trail out front and the fitness center were both great! Breakfast was very comforting and adequate. The major downside was the elevator. It only worked for part of the first day. Dragging luggage down 3 flights of stairs is a major pain and is the main reason for the lower score. If I wanted to do that I could have saved a lot of money and stayed at a motel. If they get that fixed, I'd stay again for sure when in town.

Summary: Excellent hotel, friendly staff, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Is also close to the Convention and Event Centers and a walking trail is right beside the hotel.

Summary: Check in clerk was not friendly. The water coming out of faucets and toilet were brown and we were told that was normal so we had to brush our teeth with bottled water. The beds were hard and so were the pillows. The snack area was bare. Overall not a good experience. We will not stay at this hotel again.
